Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and private-label orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days, $9.99), Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days, $19.99), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day, $34.99). Rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we strive for on-time delivery on every order.
International Shipping
We ship to 25+ countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking status in your account dashboard under Order History. For enterprise and bulk orders, your dedicated account manager will provide tracking updates directly.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. For shipments lost in transit, please allow 10 business days past the estimated delivery date before filing a claim. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve promptly.
Free Shipping
