Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the return request must be initiated within this window. Items received after the 30-day period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-printed cones, private-label orders, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Bulk orders over 100,000 units are subject to a restocking fee of 15% unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at returns@conesworld.xyz or through your account dashboard. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide prepaid shipping labels for domestic returns. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or specification, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process and specify the replacement item. Exchanges are shipped at no additional cost for domestic orders. If the replacement item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
